- Billing: Outstation trips are billed round trip from the garage (pickup and drop-off).
- Day Definition: One day covers 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
- Minimum Kilometers: 300 km per day minimum; for multi-day rentals, cumulative km limits apply (e.g., 2 days = 600 km).
- Additional Charges: Toll, parking, interstate permits, and night driver allowance (10 PM to 6 AM) are extra.
- Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed only upon payment.
- One-Way Drop: Available on select routes (e.g., Mysuru, Chennai, Coimbatore).

Outstation Rentals (Bangalore & South India)
Standard 300 Km Plan:
Sedan (Etios, Swift, or similar): ₹3,900 per day. Includes up to 300 km. After 300 km, ₹12 per extra km. Driver allowance included. Seats up to 4 passengers + driver.
Innova, Ertiga, or Xylo (6-seater): ₹5,200 per day. 300 km included. ₹16 for each additional km. Driver allowance included. Seats 6 passengers + driver.
Innova Crysta (7-seater): ₹5,800 per day. 300 km included. ₹18 per extra km. Driver allowance included. Seats 7 passengers + driver.
Innova Crysta Hycross or Mahindra XUV500: ₹7,000 per day. 300 km included. ₹22 per extra km. Driver allowance included. Seats 7 passengers + driver.
Please note: Toll, parking, and interstate permits are extra and charged as per actuals. Night driver allowance applies for travel between 10 PM and 6 AM.

Important Booking Info
Fares for outstation trips always count round-trip from our garage (not just your one-way travel).
One day is counted from midnight to midnight (12:00 AM to 11:59 PM).
Minimum billing is always based on 300 km per day, or as per the plan/package.
Booking is confirmed only after payment.
One-way drops are available on select routes like Mysuru, Chennai, Coimbatore, etc.
Toll, parking, state taxes, and night allowance (if your trip is between 10 PM and 6 AM) are not included in the fares above.

8. How do I pay for my cab booking?
15% advance payment is needed to confirm your booking.
40% of the fare should be paid during the trip (for expenses like fuel).
The remaining 40% is settled at the end of your journey, usually handed to the driver, either in cash or digitally. You can also pay the remaining balance directly to our office if you prefer—just inform your driver.

Booking Terms & Policies
Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the 15% advance. Verbal or SMS confirmations alone do not block the cab.
Day Definition: Each rental day is counted from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm as one calendar day.
Minimum Kilometer Billing: For outstation trips, a minimum of 300 km per day is billed (even if actual usage is less). For multi-day rentals, this limit accumulates (e.g. 2 days = 600 km minimum billing).
Garage to Garage: For outstation cabs, the total journey is calculated from our office/garage and back, not just your pick-up to drop-off distance.
Extras: Toll fees, parking, interstate permits, and night driver allowance (for travel between 10 pm and 6 am) are extra and payable by the customer, as per actuals.
One-Way Trips: Available only on select routes (like Mysuru, Chennai, Coimbatore, etc.). Else, roundtrip billing applies.
Cancellations & Refunds: Please inform us at the earliest for cancellations. Refunds of the advance are subject to our standard cancellation policy—which will be shared at time of booking.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, all major UPI/digital wallets, and bank transfers for your convenience.
Driver’s Allowance (Bata): Standard day bata is included in your fare; night bata is charged for trips during night-time as required.

Booking Process
1. Inquiry & Quotation
Start by reaching out to us (via website, WhatsApp, or phone) with your travel details—date, route, vehicle preference, and any specific requirements.
Our team will share a detailed tariff and answer any questions you have.
2. Confirm Your Booking
To reserve your cab, we ask for a 15% advance payment (token amount).
You can pay via UPI, bank transfer, or other digital methods. Payment details will be provided with your quote.
Once payment is received, your cab and driver are booked, and you’ll receive booking confirmation via SMS or email.
3. During The Trip
At the start of your journey or as agreed, please pay 40% of the total fare (this helps cover running expenses like fuel).
Sit back and enjoy your ride! Your chauffeur will handle route and vehicle care for the duration.
4. Final Settlement
At the end of the trip, pay the remaining 40% balance directly to the driver—either in cash or via digital wallet.
Alternatively, settle the balance with our office and notify the driver for records.
